I was born and raised in El Dorado Kansas, 12 May 1952, year of the Dragon. I completed my Junior year in high school before moving to St. Joseph Missouri. I completed my senior year there and moved back to Kansas. The rest of my story continues in my Navy Career.
Daisy was born and raised in the Philippines, on the island of Mindanao, in the year of the Monkey. I can't give you the exact date on here, but I can never forget it - ho ho ho. Did I mention that she is a Capricorn? She has 6 sisters and 1 brother. Daisy is the youngest of the girls, her brother is the youngest of the family.
I retired from the U.S. Navy after 22 years of service (1972 - 1994). I completed my college at National University and obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology with a minor in Computer Science and graduated CUM LAUDE (1999). I also have my MCP, MCP+I and MCSE certifications from Microsoft for Windows NT 4.0. I finished the Windows 2000 track and have my MCP and MCSE certifications for Windows 2000. My next certification goal is to obtain Windows 2003 and Citrix CCA. Daisy and I have gone over 22 years of marriage as of June 2006. We presently live in Oceanside California where the weather is nice most of the year.
My web site went down from 08 August 2002 until early November 2002, approximately 3 months. This was mainly due to the old site having so many references to TalkCity in the HTML code. Thanks to a good friend, I am now dependent free of any site's embedded code. If you would like to read the story about TalkCity, move mouse over STORY and click.

Should a 400 lb man advise us on the evils of over-consumption?
Should the resident of a million-dollar apartment claim to be a poster boy of the working class?
Should a person who thought that Enron was a great investment, that Ralph Nader, Wesley Clark and John Kerry would win, and that North Korea's Kim Jong was changing for the better, advise us on
ANYTHING

Every time I travel back to Kansas, one of the first stops is to JOB LUNCH in El Dorado. I got to have a couple veals with relish. The other option is to get them with chili, or both! I can remember riding my bicycle here to pick up a bag of veals for the family meal back in the early 60's. Every time I went home on leave, I had veals. Of course this place has been around long before that, but I remember the early years pretty clear (NOT)! It is located on East Central, about a block and a half from Main Street.
